Rapeseed started out with Ross and Oz writing songs together. Then it started forming into something more serious, after jamming the songs with Joe we decided to make it an official band. The name Rapeseed was chosen because of our location and the oil seed rape field growing next to us as we wrote our first songs. After talking to our friends about the band and that we were looking for a bassist, Dan showed keen interest in what we were doing. After one practice with Dan we decided to make him a permanent member of Rapeseed and completed the sound and line-up of the band. We’ve now been together for 6 months and we are just hungry for gigs. Hopefully see you guys soon. Rapeseed
