About Me

Welcome to the place where a corner of the realm of Myspace touches the Wyld Wood.

I do hope you enjoy your stay. Make sure to introduce yourself to the Oak Grove and the Faerie Ring. The Fey will play tricks on you if you are impolite.
So come, relax, enjoy the music and fresh air. -- Robyn of the Wyld Wood
The CD is now available online!
The Music:
Robyn plays at Renaissance fairs and other festivals around Michigan. You will often find Robyn in the street playing an eclectic mix of traditional and modern songs along with his personal compositions. For a bit of the King’s coin, he will recreate your favorite song as a Renaissance ballad or an Irish drinking tune. He also takes special joy in helping lords woo their ladies with a beautiful song or poem. (Or ladies wooing their lords . . . though he offers no guarantee on that one.)
His stage sets include: The Funny Show, The Drinking Show, The Ever So Slightly Bawdy Funny Show (PG-13), and The Love Show. (Say that last one in a Barry White voice.)
His Tale:
Little is known about Robyn’s past and how he came to the Wyld Wood. He is quick with a smile or a laugh, and there are secrets hidden within his eyes. Some say he is of Fey descent, and others human.
It is believed that an ancient spell compels him to search the world for something. Although when asked he just smiles and will not, or cannot say if this is true. Every year he travels from fair to fest, singing his songs and telling his tales until winter comes, and he travels back to his Wyld Wood.
