I know a lot of times our parents are our heroes and they always will be our heroes no matter what. We look up to them for advice in anything we do... throughout our lifetime. For me my hero that is #1 (one) on my list is “GOD“. I can only give him all the glory because without him nothing would be possible. The #2nd person is my Grandmother. You can learn alot from your elders if you just listen and watch. There is another person that comes in #2nd as well and that’s my mother. I thank her for letting me be me no matter what. As a young gay male it is hard growing up in a non-perfect world.... so to know that there is nothing wrong with you.... and learning to love and appreciate yourself at a young age is a blessing in itself. I love you mom for preparing me on this roller coaster ride as a young gay man. Child....sometimes I felt like I was ready to give up.... but you have always assured me that everything is going to be alright...allowing me to shine as bright as I can.
