About Me

I was born in Calcutta India, then was adopted and brought to Washington State, where I have lived all of my life. I began piano lessons when I was 6 years old, then classical voice lessons when I was a teenager. I have sung in both jazz and classical choirs, but my true love is solo singing. I enjoy singing jazz, soul, rock, and classical literature. I graduated in June 2005 from Central Washington University with a Bachelors Degree in Music. I am currently working on recordings with my very talented boyfriend/writing partner/producer/guitarist, Jonathan Atkinson. Stay tuned for some amazing song samples.I have also composed and arranged songs for jazz ensemble and classical choir. Feel free to contact me if you would like to see my choral compositions/arrangements.
