bare with my unorthodox bio, for those who don't know me I tend to do things my way, because Im hard headed.(lol)... I was born in Albany NY (Yes Albany) during one of the most influential eras in Hip-Hop music, the 80's aka the crack era. So I guess I was screwed from birth. Fell in love with Hip-Hop at the age of 10 when my pops took me to the Puff Daddy(pre-Diddy era) and the Family "No Way Out" tour in '97. Saw DJ Kid Capri freak the illest set ever, and decided very young that's what I wanted to do. 2 years of horrible bootleg mixtapes (made with one turntable and a tape recorder lol) and 2 christmas' later my father bought me my first set of turntables, and my story began. I DJ'd for any and everyone who could bare to take my horrible sets, moved up to house parties and the local YMCA and figured that Albany wasn't big enough for me so I moved to NYC at the age of 17. Attended St. John's University (Home of Darryl D.M.C. McDaniel's) and also the Insitute of Audio Research. While earning my B.A. in Mass Comm. and receiving certification in Studio Engineering (thank you, to everyone who helped me cheat ) I DJ'd at any hole in the wall in Queens that would pay me $10.Then I linked up with some big promoter (hey Ace) and I put down the turntables (for a sec) to become the youngest promoter to hit the NYC night life (lets just say I wasn't old enough to buy cigarettes much less be inside the club) did a few parties with everyone from Funk Master Flex to GrandMaster Flash met some nice people. A few long nights 2 internships (hey C.C.) some failed math test and a couple couches later and next thing you know im at the house that Clive built (J Record's for all you lames). Hooked up with Inca and Russ Jones (pause lol) and broke a few #1 Billboard records by multiplatinum artist (Alicia Key's, Cassidy, Fantasia, Jazmine Sullivan list could fill up the page)… Forgot to mention I also linked up with the kid Jordan White and started the “Chess Club”…I still love Djing and on most weekends you could catch me spinning somewhene in NYC...Mixtape coming soon “You’re a bad man CHARLIE BROWN” …stay tuned ..
