Dj Mega grew up on St. Thomas Virgin Islands. Always a fan of Music he is driven to put the Virgin Islands Artist among the Elite in the world. In the summer of 2007 he put together the 1st of many legendary CD's. Dubplate Party Vol. 1 featuring the Virgin Islands Best Talent. Some of the Artists Include Smokey B, Dappah, Jahman, De Apostle, Ickarus, Niyorah, Pressure, King Lyon and Tamra to name a few. Sizzla also contributed two tracks to this Virgin Island first of it's Kind Project. You'll hear hits from beginning to end.Also,the riddims were some of the hottest riddims in 2007 including the 85 riddim,the Guardian angel riddim, Seasons riddim and the fire blazing Collie Budz riddim. Many Studios and Labels came forward and contributed to this project including 340 studios in Florida as well as ISW Studios and OTM Studios in the Virgin Islands.
