I am a selfish, demanding, and sinful Christian girl. Sounds contradicting? I don't think so. Yes, it is true. I am a selfish and demanding person but who is saved by grace and grace alone. This is what my Lord has showed me and I believe He will continue to show me more in 2007. It is just going to take a few things for me to let go of in order to let my loving and merciful God work in my life fully. It is going to harder than ever. He has been showing me this through 4 and half years of college both at Butte and Corban. Oh how exciting to see where He takes me when graduate in May and get that degree in Psychology. God has give me the love and mercy for kids of all backgrounds especially since starting my internship this summer. Talking with little kids helps me to see the innocence that is lost in our world. They need someone to reach out to them as much as the older kids do. So why can we as older young adults be an example to them? God has showed me that we can make a difference if we let ourselves be separate from this world and take on the role. I better get off my soap box. Hehe. God also has made me see I am a fun and compassionate girl who just wants to have fun and needs to stop worrying what others think. This in return makes me slow to start talking unless someone starts to talk because then I can talk your head off. I love talking when u can get me going. Sadly, God has showed me that I can talk too much and can be a little blunt and opinonated about things especially when if I feel strong about it.
