Hello and welcome to AZIndie's page. Azindie is dedicated to being proactive in the community & helping independent artists, venues, promoters, and businesses in Phoenix, Arizona as well as musicians around the world. This all started with a band named Engine Down which I heard in a Globe skateboarding video a few years back. It was Engine Down that brought my good friend Corey and I together. Since that summer we have been trying to support Independent/D.I.Y. bands of a diverse range of musical styles and genres. We are able to book shows now @ The Modified Arts in Phoenix, Arizona which is an independent music venue. We can also help you find other venues in the area and point you in the right direction if we cannot help you out ourselves. Also, if you are local and need help promoting or anything else feel free to send us a quick message. Corey no longer lives in the valley, however, my name is Kyle and I am still in Phoenix. We know how things go for bands that only make enough money to get to the next city and maybe some gas station food... Or bands in which every member works seperate jobs to support thier love of music. These are the people that we want to help. If you have a new album or split that you would like to promote, but don't have the money for it.... Contact us and we will do what we can do to help spread the word. The Modified Arts is a venue which gives the artists as much as possible. Corey & I feel the same way, so please contact us with any ideas for the future.
