Dionate' Hart (SLAP K. from Gastonia, NC) & Paris Price (Lo-Key from Chicago, IL) make the duo, IBL (Inspired By Life). Coming together, while serving together in the United States Army, SLAP & Lo-Key made their mark in hip hop while on assignment in Hawaii. In 2006, IBL would start on their first group project; IBL Presents:The Mass Punishment Mixtape Vol.1. Upon completion of The Mass Punishment Mixtape Vol.1, IBL would begin to perform in local nightclubs in Hawaii to increase their buzz. Their love for hip hop and it's culture is heavily displayed by the two's lyrical blend of two different styles. IBL constantly expands their versatility with a wide range of options from the influences of some of today's hottest artists. Other influences comes from life as a whole, and the everyday struggle.
