I was born and raised in the Northern Mariana Islands, southeast of Japan, where I played in the Pacific until moving to the US to go to music school in Denver. Bagged my undergrad in classical flute performance after four years at Lamont under the fine tutelage of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra's principal flutist (and a couple lessons with other fine mentors and principal players across the country) in June of 2004, and am currently kickin' it on Maui No Ka 'Oi!
