At the beginning of the hot war summer of 1994, a couple of young people began to work on "mission impossible" to revive the once renown Disco club "Sloga" in Sarajevo. They gathered copper wires to use them as light machine cables since there where no adequate cables at hand, since there was no electricity in town they hooked up a wire on prioritized electricity line passing near by, arranged police permit to work up to 21:30 (30 minutes before curfew) found turntables, mixer, CD player, 2 KW of sound, few light effects, Disco ball and current music.
"With all the problems around The club they managed to work four times a week. Hundred's of young people partied together trying to forget the reality of war in Sarajevo. Thanks to his devotion and loving interest in music, DJ Vanja Tadic, managed to collect up to date world music productions and regularly held club nights."

In following years the evolution of electronic music in BiH resulted in organization of events and party's getting technically more demanding with the goal of getting closer to the world scene and in need for a complete feeling. Go-Go Dance, Strip performance, appearances and promotions of many BiH and foreign DJ's, video animations, additional improvements of strength and quality of sound system, advances light effects, better flyers, are some of many things that evolved over time to please the audience.
With the intention to expand the presentation of strength and quality of music imagination of BiH DJ's as well as elements necessary for quality events, "DISC-TEC" was registered in 2004 as agency for promotion of electronic music.
