About Me

I was born in 1979 in Cologne, Germany. My father used to play in a big band ensemble. He was the one who taught me to play guitar after I tried to play piano for a couple of years. So I started playing the guitar in the age of 13 years. Soon I founded my first band and become part of many other bands. I played in studios and livesessions and changed my style many times. It ended up with all kinda groove music. I'm addicted to the groove and like melodic songs. For me it needs to be bombastic. When I was 22 I started to play the chapman stick. Great instrument on which I can play bass and melody parts simultaneously. So today I change between guitar, bass and the stick to realise my music.
