The Ingredients

Paul, James and Jimbo just three musicians facinated by how cool they are. It all started in providence, where Paul and James would jam all the time, both of them playing guitar. As they both progressivly got better and better, they decided it was finaly time to get a band together. After not many, but several projects, they were left discouraged by the lack of drummer. James and Paul got James’ cousin Brenden on drums and Their friend Chris on bass, and formed what you all know as (Removed for reputations sake). After they realized all they did was smoke pot with each other, James and Paul founded The Ingredients which is 1/3 less high.Now were trying to come up and make a name for ourselves as one of the only reggae/blues bands in the area. We have just recorded a few originals and are continuing to write more, so expect a demo or maybe even a full length CD soon.
