They prefer allowing their visual arts musik to develop on its own, with their intuitive grasp of sound manipulation dictating the direction. They're not afraid to give their compositions space to breathe, placing as much emphasis on silence as on sound. The Astronautas channels artists such as Plastic , human Flow, Light Car and even the Noise Nightmares, smart-pop aesthetic of the Rubish Shoping market.Early in their career The Astronautas released predominantly on Cd case cassetes on a variety of mini-labels including the "CirugÃa Plastik", "the electrodomesticos", and the popular"the bistury Channel" as well as human Heart. They also dipped their toes into the longer format when they released a CD called "Creida" on the Tug Boat label in 2004. The title aptly describes the contents in which the Astronautas sound is fully formed - though sometimes Frunas.The Astronautas truely found a home on the bistury Channel Independent Music label. Their debut for The bistury Channel , "Robaldo", hit the streets in 2006, and was the third release from the fledgling bistury Channel .
