Hi, I'm Del. My pop's side of the family add my middle name, Marie -- I toggle between Del & Del Marie depending on my mood and motivation ;) I am quiet at first meeting, but once I get to know you, spontaneous utterance and inappropriate behavior can and will abound. Likes: Simple needs to frivolous wants. Tabloid crapola. Clothes, shoes, jewelry. Boogieboarding, bobbing in the sea. Animals, animals, animals. Laughing, & hearing my family laugh. The 3 Fs: My Family, My Friends, My Kitties. Or filet-o-fish, fries & fruit punch. Letting my imagination run amuck. People who play nice in the sandbox. The underdog. Little dogs (Chiquita!). Consideration and graciousness. Arriving early enough to touch up my make-up. Going green. Being given the opportunity to start a brand new day.

Dislikes: "Hate," and all that it encompasses and consumes; the exception being Hating Hate. Things sticking to the bottom of my bare feet. Litter bugs. Arrogance. Needing different moisturizers for different parts of my person. Bad coffee (which becomes tasty hot beverage if that's all you got). Rude ass inconsiderate mofos. Missing something. Girls & guys behaving badly. I want to say haters, but then that makes me something I'm not. Hypocrites -- correction. Me being hypocritical. The usual balls: greaseballs, dirtballs, sleazeballs & shweaty bawls.

I met Jimmy Fallon in a dive bar in New York. Surreal, totally awesome & absolutely a really nice guy. I tried to be cool & not take a pic with him -- oh, in the name of Myspace, how I regret it now!

& how was your year?

It's been a 2006 filled with a lot of memories and a lot of change. I have much to be thankful for this past year. I worry a lot less. I smile a lot more. I laugh a lot louder....
