Sideway Runners are Ron Karseboom & Odeliya Iloose, both born and raised in Israel.Ron started his musical path as a bass guitar player in a teenage rock band.
In the year 2002, he started studying Sound Engineering at the Jordan Valley College, where he met Odeliya and their musical collaboration for the Sideway Runners project began. .
After his graduation Ron started working as a producer and musical director of new bands.During that time Ron wrote, composed and arranged all of the songs in the Sideway Runners album which contains 15 tracks, each one colored with his own unique vision of electronic/alternative/trip hop/chill out sounds.Odeliya started singing at a young age. When she was 18, she was accepted as a singer to Israel's army band .After her military service, she started experimenting with various musical genres,singing with a variety of bands, her repertoire ranging from jazz and rock to ethnic and world music.In the past 4 years, Odeliya and her brother who created an electro-trance group called "Melicia" have been touring stages around the world.Sideway Runners is a collaboration of a brass-section,a strings trio, guitarists, pianists and many more great musicians along with electronic, psychedelic sounds including vocals by Ron & Odeliya.
