Well, what can I say that has not been said before... Some people say I act younger that what I really am, and don't believe me when I tell them my age... (is that a good thing?). I just don't take life "too seriously".
I do NOT surround myself with "Drama". From those that know me... I'll let the testimonials speak for themselves.
"He is such a nice person, he is always there when I need him, and he listens to all my problems." - An elderly patient with history of dementia.
"He's Mexican?????"; "We thought he was Filipino...he sure looks like one of us." - The Staff at work
"He is always passing by my house and calls me at odd hours of the day." - An ex-girlfriend (Just showing my caring side).
"Whenever we go out to the movies, or out to eat, he always makes me pay, he encourages my independency" - Roxanne H. (a friend).
"Oh Alex!, You speaks english so well, I can't even tell you have an accent". - I'm not even going to comment.
"He never calls to see how me and my family are doing, he doesn't event try to come and visit" - My delusional brother Rafael ( It's the thought that counts... Right?)
"HELP!... Alex!, my patient is climbing out of bed and he's pulling on his lines and catheter!" - Maricel S. (co-worker) Response: "I'm on break!!!" (Always there for my colleagues).
More testimonials coming soon...
