Fatt JaxEast of FairfaxFatt Jax (Mike Sica) is a nineteen year-old actor, born and raised in Newark, New Jersey.From high school plays to local talent shows, Jax has always possessed the gift ofperformance, finally taking the plunge, moving to Los Angeles in 2005.As a child, Jax possessed a penchant for historical facts, world figures, and currentevents. He began rhyming at age 11 and has been baffling his neighborhood ever sincewith his biting wit, clever insights, and melodic flows. He attended underground hip-hopshows with friends across the river in New York City, though lacked the confidence in hisgift to get onstage and move the crowd with his uncanny flow.Jax put hip-hop on hold when he moved to Los Angeles, intent on becoming a seriousactor. Despite his many auditions, open calls, cold readings, etc. Jax was unable to landan agent. That disappointment aside, his undeniable charisma and considerable charmgained him access to some of the town’s hottest nightclubs and private house parties. Yet,the glitz and glamour that Jax had imagined, and even lived at night, was not readilyavailable in his Silver Lake neighborhood, east of Fairfax boulevard. Without an agent torepresent him or a casting director willing to consider him for serious roles, Jax almostgave up on his dream of fame on the silver screen.One night, after a long evening of partying, Jax returned to Silver Lake and simplycrashed in bed.
