Brigade was a punk-rock band, based in Helsinki, Finland.
The story of Brigade started back in '04 after a long thinkig of what we should do with our former bands...We decided to start a new band that would play melodic punk-rock with sing along choruses, pure energy and most of all with love for the music we were doing at that time.
We played numerous shows all over Finland, from south to north during those two years we played as Brigade. Some of them were good and some were bad but mostly good stuff was goin' on:)
But there is a time and a place for everything and so it was with Brigade. We came into a situation that we had to put an end for this band, or should I say this form of the band. Due the musical disagreements and most of all growing apart, we decided that it was time to make some changes... After two years of playing in Brigade it was time for Juho - vox&guitar to leave the band.
Antti - vox&guitar Ville - bass and Hefe - drums played only one more show as Brigade...
After a few months of searching they found a replacement to fill the missing part...The new member of the group was Mikko-guitar
Due the changes in the line up and a slightly pressuring from the overseas, guys decided to change the name and now the band is known as The Over Attacks .
Juho plays now in The Capital Beat and Hybrid Children
