Plea for Peace Center Stockton

About Me

The Plea for Peace Center (a non-profit Music and Art House) is the combined dream of Mike Park and Middagh Goodwin. Their shared vision of a place for people to come together and express themselves connect and have a good time. Listen to music, hangout, show your art, get involved. We hope that the Plea for Peace Center becomes more then a venue and more like a community. We hope to bring the city of Stockton and the surrounding area great music and art in a safe alcohol/drug free enviorment. Membership will be required to gain entrance to events but everyone is welcome to join.PLEA FOR PEACE FOUNDATION is a 501C3 Non-Profit Organization. The message is simple: to promote the ideas of peace through the power of music and art. We believe that all individuals are created equal and through our efforts we hope to create a scene of positive minded people to help bring forth action and education in the process of sharing ideas of peace and practical uses of peace in everyday life. Currently the foundation has only been active in both national and global musical tours, we have recently opened the center in Stockton CA. Hopes are to have the center open year round for people who have interests other than sports or the normal medium that schools, work and peers deem normal. A center that will give youth(of all ages) an outlet to perform music, create art, dance, and talk to others of similiar interests. Since its creation, the foundation has been involved in 3 benefit tours of the US and 2 benefit tours in Japan. We've helped raise over $100,000 for various charities and will continue to work towards positive change through music. Thank you for supporting PLEA FOR PEACE. For booking please contact us here on myspace or send promo packs to The Plea for Peace Center PO Box 1735 Stockton CA 95201
