Anything that I can do outside in the sun, I'm loving. I love the beach, but my other hometown of Pass Christian where I really like to go was devastated by that damn Katrina, so we're still close enough to Gulf Shores...I love festivals and music. I wish that Baton Rouge would have more musical events in it. The quality of festivals lately has been not-so-hot, so we really need to fix that. I love to get away for a weekend and go to Natchez or the Gulf or NOLA.
I enjoy shopping...I'm an Ann Taylor Loft freak, according to some of my friends, but when I can afford it, I love it! My free time is spent with my sweet boyfriend Derryl and our friends and going to LSU football, basketball, and baseball games. I love my friends. I love the fact that people are open and feel free to communicate around me, and I just hope that they are open enough to understand that I need the same.
I love seeing my little rugrat niece and nephew, but they're getting so old...I'll enjoy these days while I can.
Travelling, reading, lots of other stuff.

I will listen almost anything, as long as it doesn't talk about taking women and doing horrible things "cuz they yo hos." I like everything from Kenny Chesney to Tom Petty to A Perfect Circle to Johnny Cash to Christina Aguilara to Pink to oldies, swing, Jazz....just about anything. I love music for music's sake, and I am open to hear almost anything!
Steel Magnolias freak right here; Wizard of Oz; Dead Poets Society; Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood (I appreciate the Southern movies!); Disney movies; My Fair Lady; Wicker Park; anything funny; and Jacob's Ladder has a really special place in my heart....but that is for me to understand!!!
I love Gilmore Girls -- yes, I'm a dork. We say goodbye to the Girls this season. I love The Office! Now that is a hilarious show! Family Guy rocks. I still watch Friends and Will and Grace. And I'll watch Girls Next Door to see how the Playboy girls are doing. Still haven't figured out that lifestyle! I guess I'm a tv person.
The only reading I do these days involve books on Theology....and girly gossip magazines.
Anyone who stands up for what they believe in and lives a moral life. (And no, I'm in no way the moral police. I just think that people should live their lives knowing that we have someone to answer to, and basically stop screwing people over.) God touches so many of us in so many ways, and those who are truely brave enough to stand up for what they believe in are truely heroic people!
