I grew up in Sarasota Florida. Graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors Degree. Majored in Psychology and Pre-medicine/dental concentration. After some self-exploration, I realized that it is a combination of my wit, positive outlook, caring, athletic, motivating, understanding, inspiring, ability to take charge and make things happen that makes me, me.
I am a CSCS Certified Personal Trainer. I found happiness and fulfillment in helping others reach their health and fitness goals. I also coach gymnastics and am a Group Fitness Instructor for Cardio Kickboxing classes. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE what I do! I compete in Tri-Fitness and Fitness Universe and Fitness America Pageants in the bikini and fitness rounds. Im looking forward to doing more shows! You learn so much about yourself every step of the way.
I am the luckiest person in the entire world because I am blessed with an unbelievable family. My younger brother Max is my best friend and is in college at UCF. I have the most amazing mom and dad in the world. I love them with all of my heart!
My excitements in life include...fitness and exercise, gymnastics, boating, traveling, handstand contests, tennnis matches with dad, listening to mom sing, hanging out with my brother, boxing, making scrap books, cuddles and hugs, having my back tickleded, listening to the same songs over and over again, apples and peanut butter, helping others, accomplishing my goals, being prepared, reaching for the stars, and having no regrets.
All in all... I live life to the fullest and no matter what happens, I always have a positive outlook on life.
