God has blessed me with genetics, drive and the talent needed to reach my goal of becoming a PRO BODYBUILDER. I’m also a personal trainer. I have the ability to identify the fitness needs that my clients, or potential clients may have. I have recently added sports training to my services available. I have a special passion for sports training because I have spent most of my life playing multiple sports. I have a passion for fitness training also. It thrills me to know that I helped someone meet their fitness goals and helped them to develop a healthy body and a healthy lifestyle. I'm also starting a new program for kids. I think our kids spend too much time on video games and computers. The lack of physical exercise is causing an increase in overweight kids that could lead to health problems. I want to help put a stop to this. So I’m offering this service to get our kids healthy. I’m also starting a bodybuilding team called ROKSOLID BODYBUILDING. This service is for anyone male or female that has a desire to compete as a bodybuilder, figure, or fitness.
