My favorite music includes female singers with strong voices like Enya, Fiona Apple, Sarah McLachlan, Dido, and Loreena Mc Kennitt. I used to listen to a lot of alternative/experimental/gothic music back in the 80's and 90's. I'll always like Bauhaus, U2, the Ramones and other stuff I grew up with. Still like a bith of Gothic music (HIM and Evanescence are two big faves!)There was a lot of Classical music and Classic Rock in my house as a kid.Bauhaus just put out the first new release in 25 years! What??? Nobody freakin' told me?!! Anyway, it reminds me of my misspent youth :)I guess enjoy a little of everything, with the exceptions of most country and hard core rap. But never say never......
Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter films are some of my current faves. I like too many movies to list them all here. I watch a lot of them and know a lot of useless movie trivia! My favorite film of all time is "A Clockwork Orange". Anything fantasy, is usually ok. Check out "Pan's Labyrinth" -the best thing I have seen recently.
LOSTGlobe Trekker/Rick Steve's Europethe Travel Channel - my favorite :)Desperate Housewives
I enjoy reading anything by Tolkien, Harry Potter, detective novels (Patricial Cornwell, Kathy Reichs). I love reading Travel Guides - especially Lonely Planet!- gets me ready for my next adventure!
My mother, Patricia (1945-2003) She always believed in me.
