Say If So was formed on the Monday, 31st January 2005, by Jonny Bunting. After consulting with a couple of buds -- Rich and Daniel -- the band was created. At first, another guitarist was considered to play; Jamie Murphy, rather than Ben Bickley, who would have been playing the Drums. However, the first songwriting session, Jamie didn't show and gave no reason for his disappearance, so Ben picked up the guitar and began to play a few riffs to the songs. It was at that, that Ben was picked for the guitarist, whom wholeheartedly agreed.
The hardest task now, was to find a suitable drummer. In a little backwater town as Chepstow, hardly any people are of worth (=D), but Rich came up with the idea of asking Rhys, a friend of the gang's. Basically, he just said yes, because Rich cannot remember what happened. He was drunk... Now after a year and a month of playin shows Ben decided to leave now say if so are a 4 piece, and a few months after Ben left, Jonny joined Estevez and left us 2 find a new bassist now we have Andrew Toomer playin bass 4 us, recently we have acquired a new gutarist so now we r a five piece and the new guitarist is loz, now he has left due 2 not enough time on his hands 2 commit!
We have currently lost our bassist toomer, and are having a breather we have someone else in to play for us so we will be taking this time out 2 start fresh and will be back on the scene in the next few months!
