Marquis Anthony Wooten was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. The half-brother of lead singer, Stefon, he to was a victim of the music bug. A different, but similar path from his brother, he took a strong liking to dancing. Always was a singer, but the first love was dance. Easily learning the new dance moves as a child, he began to create his own moves becoming the influence of dancers around him wanting to emulate him. His Influences consist of Michael Jackson and Usher to name a few. While doing this he was a regular in the church choir, fighting the feeling in his heart that says "I want to sing", so he kept on dancing. One day when he moved to Florida, and became a popular choreographer for the dance group called "Encore Dance Troupe". This is where he met Junior and became heavy into the music industry and took singing seriously. It was only a matter of time before he confronted his brother about singing
Born and Raised in Washington DC, Stephon Dominick Washington always was musically inclined. A phenomenon in the making is what you would call it! As a child, he was in the type of family where everyone had to learn an instrument and sing.., so just like his brothers and sisters he did just that picking up a pair of drumsticks and crafting the art of percussion. He went from a basic set to concert drums then to any other kind of percussion. With all of that going on, he never lost focus on being a singer. He realized he was the different one out of the family that took a liking to the studio at a very young age, but unlike most kids, he figured out what it takes to run a studio, from a microphone to the mixing board, thanks to his father who has a studio himself. As time went on his skills improved as an engineer, artist, and now a producer. He learned how to produce his own music to the liking of himself and everyone around him. Now at the young age of 18, he is the lead singer of 3AM as well as the writer and producer of the project with his production company "Room 3308". With Stefon taking inspiration from all of the greats like; Prince, Michael Jackson, Pharell Williams, Diddy, and Ryan Leslie, its no wonder why he is a great leader for 3AM. One of the most lethal lead singers of his time! Expect this young superstar to have a very promising future!!!!!
Josh "Junior" Terry was born and raised in Japan. Yes, you read that correctly, Japan. Junior’s father was in the armed forces. He is one of the few children that can honestly say he saw the world before he was 16. Finally settling down in Florida, he always took a strong interest in music and creating raps. Ever since he heard the, ‘’Reasonable Doubt’’ album by Jay-Z, he knew that music is what he wanted to do for a career. He is one of the few rappers who will battle and destroy you on the dance floor with amazing moves that will blow your mind! Dancing is how he met Marquis, they started a dance group based out of Sanford, FL called the, "Encore Dance Troupe". Once he seen that Marquis was a singer and Stefon was his brother Junior was more than happy to join in on creating one of the most devastating groups in the United States, Maybe even the world!!
