About Me

Hmmm... what to say, what to say... I guess my friends will describe as a quiet little person who is prone to occassional outbursts of schizophrenia. Yes... sad as it may seem I have more than one personality! But then again... who would want only one? I am usually the shy one of the group, often hanging back to observe and listen... but as soon as I am comfortable in my environment and I've had a drink or two (or three or ten), then I can get pretty loud and obnoxious... but it's all in good fun! I'm pretty much the friendly type, who is easy to get along with, and is always talking smack and cracking jokes. I'm rarely grouchy or bitchy, and if I am, it is easily fixed with food. Yes, I love to eat.. especially shrimp and desserts (creme brullee or tiramisu)... take me to an all you can eat buffet and you'll get your money's worth! I would love to see the world and travel... Italy, Japan, Paris, London, Thailand, Amsterdam, Greece... I would love to find out about other people's lifestyles and cultures by experiencing them. I love music... everything about it... I can't live without it... I can easily get lost in the beats, whether I'm dancing at the club or just bumpin music in the car... i think that the best feeling is when the song or the beat just finds its way into your soul and makes your world smile... My Interests

I'm always thinking about what to eat, what to read, and where to go. You can say that I'm a restless person in pursuit of new things and new experiences. I'm an undercover bookworm, I can't live without my ipod, I find beauty in everything. I'm interested in anything artsy fartsy... love going to museums. Everyday experiences in life become photographs in my head. I can't live without food... I'm in love with it... I'm a glutton. I love anything outdoorsy.. camping.. snowboarding.. surfing.. white water rafting.. if i could be any animal I want to be a dolphin... I love water! I hate working out... but I love martial arts... I love teaching little kids how to kick ass... my new found obsession is Iaido/Kendo/Kenjitsu -- I guess you can say that I'm learning how to beat people up with my big wooden stick!!! ... I can't say I don't drink a lot.. but on occassion I do... ok.. I'll be honest... I'm a weekend alcoholic. But sometimes weekends start on Thursdays right?! I'm search of new places to go.. new parties to have fun in... and new people to experience... if you work too damn hard, then you better party harder!!!This is me doin' my thang with my sword: ..yep... my 2nd dan promotion... this is the only time people ever hear me yell and look mean: ..

Old friends, new friends, interesting people who are willing to take a chance and explore; People who are down to earth and live for the moment... people who can make me laugh, make me think...

Music:

Anything from Trance, Breakbeats, Progressive House, Alternative, Rock, Old School, 80's!, Hip Hop, Slow, Pop, Japanese, Korean, and of course... my Chinese music. I'm a fan of just about anything.. as long as it is pleasing to my ear! ..

Movies:

Monster, The Last Samurai, The Bone Collector, Pirates of the Carribean, Mystic River, Troy, Bad Boys 1 & 2, Taking Lives, Seven, Trainspotting, The Notebook, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, A Walk to Remember, Shrek, Gia, My Sassy Girl, Click, Spaceballs, Poltergeist, 50 First Dates, The Breakfast Club, Grease, Face Off, Queen of the Damned, The Ring (Japanese version), Scary Movie, White Chicks, Tomb Raider, My Korean soap operas (yeah the ones thtat make you bawl like a little girl!), a bunch of chinese movies (especially the ones with Sammi in them)... and a bunch more that I can't think of right now.

Television:

CSI: Miami, Las Vegas, Will & Grace, Friends, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Miami Ink, The L Word, Weeds... I get stuck on MTV and VH1... especially those darn celeb-reality series...

Books:

Memoirs of A Geisha, The Lord of the Rings, Angels and Demons, The DaVinci Code, The Notebook, The Wedding, The Light Bearer, Jemima J, trashy romance novels...

Heroes:

My good friend Kitty... she's taught me how to fight for what i believe in and encouraged me to find my true self. Yes, I was once lost, but through her constant bitching and guidance, I've found my niche in life.My Aunt Gwen... who is one of the stongest and most courageous people that I know... she's living proof that no matter how much life kicks you in the ass you just gotta keep moving on and live your life the way it makes you happy. F*** all the people and the sh** that gets in your way, cause when you have the will power to succeed, then there are no obstacles stopping you!
