The Band was formed in october of 2006 by Fabio (Helvergr, Nuclear Zombies, Sin of Lot) who called a rhythm guitarist (Gabry) who just left his thrash metal band (Visual rebellion) and a lead guitarist (Simone) who played in a black metal band (Hexenfaust). Elder fate came to light. After few time, a drummer (Matteo) and a bass player (Andrea) joined with the rest of the band.
Elder fate played some shows in Genoa and in Milan getting the attention of local metal supporters. After one year of hard work the drummer left the band for personal reasons. Fabio replaced him on drums and the show could go on. The band concentrated on composing new songs and looking for a new drummer.
In 2007 Elder Fate went to Nadir Studio of Tommy Talamanca (Sadist) to start the recording sessions of their first demo "Elder Fate".
Now the band is in studio to complete its first album with its new drummer Fog (Sacradis, Spite Extreme Wing).
Their music is defined such a real new wave of Melodic Death Metal.
