About Me

me.

My Interests

is this a supposed to be paragraph format or just a list separated by commas? um, museums, world history (yes, i know that's broad), metal sculpture, photography, books (good ones), constant comment tea, postcards, sewing, horses, a good haircut, math, learning something new, going places i've never been, festivals (celtic, film, jazz, art), avoiding eye contact with people, made beds, playing the 4 very depressing songs i know on piano, feeling the sun on my face, yard work, soft ice cream, being really tall, rope swings, the smell of freshly turned soil, fresh asparagus, standing on my head. i'll have to add to this as things come to me. ooh, i got some more: bear shaped honey jars, my cousins creations (www.mypapercrane.com), shameless plugs, and long eyelashes.

I'd like to meet:

myself in 10 years

Music:

ok, i'm sorry, but i really think this is one of those things where if i don't list ALL the bands, musicians i like, then i'm going to be judged, and personally, i think that stinks... so here's a few. Low, Sly and the Family Stone, Rasputina, A-HA, Marvin Gaye, Low, The Cure, Dame, Memoranda, Billie Holliday, George Gershwin, did i mention Low? There, that's all you get.

Movies:

The Dark Crystal rocks. Braveheart, Great Expectations. Blue Velvet.

Books:

Love in the time of Cholera, The Brothers Karamazov, High Fidelity (x4).

Heroes:

Susan Suomi.
