My name is Siamak NZ .I was born in 1978.I finished art school and I received my diploma in graphics. Since childhood I was interested in watching movies and I started photography when I turned 16. I passed the university exam in the field of acting, however due to many different reasons I was unable to attend .Then I decided to atart experiencing the field of cinema. In 2000, I took a general course in cinema and also a course in directory in Cinema Institute. In 2001, I made a clip about the traffic jam in Tehran which was called "Traffic". It won the award of the best clip in Iran in the subject of traffic. Also I participated in some photogarphy festivals in the country, which my photos won numerous awards. I have made 16 short films so far and some of them were selected in various festivals. I have also worked as a cameraman and an editor in some video arts for other directors. I attended my first international film festival in Cracow, Poland in 2004. My film was the only experimental film chosen to be shown at the festival. In 2006, at the Iranian alliances across borders in Washingto DC, there were two video arts chosen. The first video was mine and I was the cameraman and the editor for the second one. Also, in 2007 in the field of photography, my picture was picked as one of the pictures of the bienal.
