One of Brooklyn’s best kept secrets is once again ready to be seen…meet INVIZ. With a healthy supply of tracks fit for both radio and the streets, Inviz represents Brooklyn strong and proud.
This gritty MC also represents his Latino heritage loud and clear. Born in Venezuela and raised in a Colombian family, Inviz was brought to Sunset Park, Brooklyn at a young age. Sunset Park, known for its poverty stricken Hispanic population helped shape his mindset and rhyme scheme.
Inviz the Kid started recording seriously in his teens and by 2002, the young MC had landed a deal with the independent label, Tableturns. Multiple singles, a self-titled solo album (INVISIBLE), and a featured role in the critically acclaimed State of the World compilation album kept Inviz busy but not nearly content. After the dissolve of his label, the Sunset native was once again unsigned. This made Inviz hungrier then ever.
Now in 2009, the young MC is ready to once again make himself very visible for the world to see. Inviz has multiple projects coming out including his 1st solo mix cd called 'The Odyssey Begins...'. This street savvy lyricist is also heavily featured on BT's (producer extrodinairre) newest cd named 'Street Science Volume 2'. Inviz also has a new solo mix cd in the works with BT as well as other projects in the works with Black Wallstreet's DJ Haze and D.I.T.C.'S Buckwild.
Inviz’s balance of street hustle and radio friendly music makes him a force not to be reckoned with. Armed with a shank and rhymes for days, Inviz is ready to rep Brooklyn to the absolute fullest.
