$ Dolla Bill was born ANCELOT SIMILIEN in February 1980. He was raised by his grandmother MARIANNA Juste. In 1996 Similien moved to the US to live with his father LERDIEU.
Graduated as an honored Student in 2001 from Miami Edison Sr. High with a scholarship for university of Kentucky where he studied nursing.
Intelligent, handsome, grateful, honest, optimist and sexy are just a few words to describe his characters. Similien made his first TV appearance on the Haitian TV Network (HTN) in Miami as a stand-up comedian. He won competition and named _the funniest guy.
After college in 2003, He moved to Naples Florida where he met Darline S. Herard, they got married on his birthday (Feb- 9 2006). Similien works as a nurse in many nursing facilities in Collier and Lee County. At that time Haitian communication and entertainments in Naples was really bad. Wanting to help the South West Florida Haitian Community, Similien tested his community by organizing a Haitian Flag Festival on May 18 2006 in Immokalee, and on May 20 2007 in Naples, the community responded in massive number in both events.
After, the 2nd event Similien Created a TV Show to educate, inform, entertain the Haitians, he decided to named himself $ Dolla Bill $ just for the TV Show.
Now, he is entraining more than one million viewers every Sunday on CN 35 (Comcast) and around the globe via the internet.

1. Completed High school
2. Graduated from college
3. Haitian Flag day Proclamation by the Collier County Board of Commissioner.
Main goal is to educate Haitians around the world.
