Many of you know me as Rachael Burbee, Formally known as Rachael Wallace. By day, I am a mild mannered Customer Service representative for a very well respected insurance company. By night, I am a chocolatier, a confectionery revolutionary and chocolate goddess extrordinaire!! Chocolate has been long hailed the nectar of the gods and it can be found in every home in America! I have found a few odd folk who don't care for chocolate (shudder), but for the most part, Chocolate has become as much a part of the American way as apple pie!
As I do not have a physical shop (Yet - *sigh* maybe someday!) I am on Myspace to let locals know when I will be at local venues. I will also be uploading pics of confections (though, it will never compare with having the real thing melting in your mouth!) and will be readily available for orders, should you care to make one! And if ou've had my scrumptious tidbits, you will be! ;-)
