My name is Neil. I used to attend the University of North Texas where I studied Vocal Performance and Music Education. Then I left to study Music Education at Baylor University. While at Baylor I discovered Anthropology and pursued that along with minors in Linguistics, and Music. I am now back at North Texas doing the Anthropology thing. After graduating in 2009 will be graduate school, inshallah, somewhere on the East Coast(cheaper tickets to Europe). Somewhere along the way I would like to go to school for Culinary Arts. I LOVE COOKING! I also love dancing(Ballroom, Latin, And Swing).I love to travel and want a job which will allow me to travel as much as possible, and pay me for doing so. We'll see where hospitality leads.I love to study food, languages, ballroom/swing dancing, music, cultures, religion, theology, cosmology, and Christmas Trees. I have over a thousand books in my library and collect musical instruments.I really enjoy growing things in my garden: mostly herbs and spices to cook with.
