YES, I can make you famous!
I was the director and production manager of my high school's Dramatic Guild. During college days, I modeled, appeared on some cameo roles abroad where I grew up, did some advertising and commercial gigs, and handled some production work on TV, expos and some other cultural variety shows. I also managed talents, singers, and dancers and eventually made them famous when I owned and operated a disco/nightclub for a couple of years.
I fell in love and got married at an early age to a real beautiful, nice, very well-bred, prim & proper, very kind, and God-fearing woman whom I acknowledge as God's gift for me. Hence, I never really got the chance to enjoy my youth and further explore my artistic talents because I was young then and growing up fast while assuming a great burden of responsibility in raising, supporting, and providing for our two kids who grew up to be just like me: warm, wonderful, loving, caring, sweet, thoughtful, and a generous dad OR as a possible sugaRdad? LOL...
When my family and I migrated to California, I worked as a waiter in a San Francisco nightclub and within a couple of days got promoted as a doorman...yes, the guy who kicked bad ass where I eventually got promoted to managing the entire eight clubs making good money at that time when minimum wage was like $2.85/hour (what year was that? LOL).
After thoroughly planning and working on a career change, I eventually switched jobs and started using my artistry in sales where I excelled and made tons of money. I then invested and started buying real estate properties when they were like dirt-cheap and now appreciated to the hilt.
Biz has a price and headaches is one of 'em where I end up kicking out deadbeat tenants once in a while yet multi-tasking so many other biz ventures on the side. My hands are full todate and I can hardly breathe as I balance my time well while escaping to MySpace every now and then as my therapy, hoping to meet some committed, dedicated, and talented wannabes whom I may groom and zoom not to starDOOM but to starDOME. Could that be you?
I must admit, I've lost over $1M in the stockmarket crash of 2000, reinvested heavily in the intellectual property internet domain names during the dotcom bust and wasted a lot of time too shooting in the dark. That's why I've set aside my planned two comedy films as a back-burner for the time being though I could easily go indie and undie for only $300Gs anyway yet time constrains me now. Maybe you could be in the cast IF you can work for me as my concurrent assistant to jumpstart its production while I manage your career as I send you to auditions too and social functions on the side.
