About Me

In 1993 I bought a multitrack cassette recorder, a Fostex X28, and I began recording all the music that, till then, could only be played in my head: I was the happiest man on Earth!
During that year I composed, arranged and recorded 3 albums, 2 in 1994, 1 in 1995 and 2 in 1996, only for my pleasure and for those friends of mine who survived the first 3 minutes of each song...
Then, I formed a group, the "Aleph". We used to play my songs, but when we tried to work on new material we finally split up.
Then, in 2001, after one of the worst periods of my life, I composed my last album recorded by my old X28, "Sweetness and hardness", and then I discovered PC recording and Cool Edit :-)
I recorded my 10th 'album', "X", and then rearranged and played again some of my old songs in a compilation which I called "The best (I can do)".
Two years later, I met a group of great musicians who wanted to form a new group, and we gave birth to the "Sonic Laundry"...you can find us at www.myspace.com/thesoniclaundry ;-)
In my songs, I sing and play all instruments, except for drums: I live in a block of flats, so I had to use an electronic drum machine, an old Roland TR 626...well, I enjoyed very much all these years of music-bricolage. I hope that some of you will enjoy something of my work, too! :-)
