My name is Mark Barler. I reside in Mansfield Ohio. Myself and Roy Leedy run Fit 1 Fitness Center in Mansfield. Fit 1 is Phase One of our project. Phase two includes A bigger Weight Room , a Boxing Ring, MMA Cage, Full martial Arts Floor, and More. Currently we have a State of the Art Weight Room with free weights ranging from 5 to 150 lbs. Lots of Hammer Strength and Big Professional Universal Machines. It is a serious Gym for Beginner through Advanced Lifters. In the rear of the facility houses a Martial Arts training area. Currently we offer Karate, Cardio Kickboxing, Ju Jitsu, MMA, Kids Programs and Womens Self Defense classes. The Barler Karate Association hosts a full Martial Arts online store that specializes in Century Martial Arts supplies. We are the Ohio rep. for House of Pain Ironwear and we own NutriliteSupplements.com , our full service Vitamin and Supplement company. We are Promoting MMA shows in our area in 2008 and Karate open tournaments as well. Our website contains most things a Martial Artist or MA Business owner would need to start a Martial Arts School.. We use a billing company called JMJ Funds that I highly recommend and we offer Health and Business Insurance through our association website. We also have 3 branch locations housed in Shelby Ohio at the YMCA taught by Eric Pohlabel,Marion YMCA, and Cardio Kickboxing at Ashland YMCA taught by Sensei Beidelschies.
