About Me

First things first, I'm a complete geek. I'm a mad scientist, a gamer, and an amateur artist. I make things out of duct tape, I do leather crafting, origami, woodworking, and lots of other creative projects. I've even done a bit of jewelry in the form of caffeine molecule earrings, resistor earrings, and the like. I love chemistry, and the lab seems like a second home to me. I love science of all sorts. It's fun to read about, fun to experiment with, and fun to do. I like electronics. I recently rediscovered my love for building gizmos, and made a grits box amp and a couple of robots. I am an avid gamer, and enjoy all sorts of games, like Risk, Settlers of Catan, Half-Life, Kung-Fu Fighting, and Heroscape to name just a few. I also like to dress up in clothing from other centuries. I'm part of the SCA, a group that re-creates the middle ages, I go to the rennaisance faire whenever I can, and I'm involved with the Celts group in a Revolutionary War re-enactment.To sum up, I'm a renaissance man in the 21st century. Part Macgyver, part Da Vinci, part Archimedes with all the madness of being interested in everything.-Jotto-
