Strong influences began with his first store-bought cassette "Wichita Lineman" by Glen Campbell, wandered through music by Led Zeppelin, and brought him to artists of today like Gary Allan and Jack White. Billy's thirst for everything music has no boundaries. He writes what he knows. After a twenty plus year struggle with hard drugs and alcohol, Billy pulls no punches about the cold, dark reality of addiction and his gratitude for having survived it.
