Morana Pešutić was born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1984.
She started playing classical guitar at the age of eight.
In 2002 she enrolled at Zagreb Music Academy with the eminent Croatian guitarist Darko Petrinjak and graduated with honors in 2006.
Now she is studying her Master degree at the Royal Conservatory in the Hague (Netherlands) with Zoran Dukić.
During her studies she performed both as a soloist and a chamber musician (in duos with violin, saxophone, guitar and voice) all over Croatia and in Italy and Slovenia.
She had private lessons and master classes with world famous guitar player such as: Zoran Dukić, Pavel Steidl, Carlo Marchione, Istvan Römer, Ana Vidović, Marcin Dylla, Goran Krivokapić, Aniello Desiderio, Laura Young….
Beside playing the guitar, in 2005. Morana started taking singing lessons with Bojan Pogrmilović, which she continued in The Hague under the instructions of Klaartje van Veldhoven. But her singing experience have been built gradually over ten years during which she has been a member of vocal ensemble ‘Samoborke’; which, together with an Tambura orchestra ‘Ferdo Livadić’, traveled the world promoting Croatian folk music.
