About Me
Here we go again...!!
Aw, sh*t...
!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
)))))))))))))))))))
((((((((((((((((((....
Workin' takes almost the whole day....
My days start early....
I still love 'hanging out'....
...and nightlife....
...I love madness and fun...
I could go out any time....
....almost like a 'grown-up'...haha...
....I got projects going...
...and chillin'
mostly takin' care of business....
....gettin' sh*t done...!!!
....at the hideout....
Old dude kept together by friends, love and a good work ethic.
Vegetarian, decent cook, good cuddler/hugger.
Like to hang-out and enjoy the day.
I live alone in relative peace and don't care much for arguing/fighting.
I play it like I feel it, sometimes rollin' sometimes chillin'...!!
I keep a free-style schedule.
Sometimes I go to sleep at dinnertime and get up at midnight or two a.m. to work on a project or get on the computer.
Sometimes I stay out all night on the week-ends and sleep all day or even stay up all week-end.
Sometimes I sleep all the time for a while or nap alot. It works for me.
Blah, blah, blah...
More than you want to know:
My fathers from Boston and my Moms from Germany.
I am considered the 'black sheep' of my family.
A chronic runaway...
I did the 'Huck Finn' thing (camping-out on a river) for a little while at age eleven.
Left home for good at sixteen...
I worked in kitchens alot as a teen-ager and
didn't get my drivers liscence until I was twenty-three.
Traveled the country back then and have seen lots of places including parts of Florida and Virginia,
San Diego, Tuscon, Phoenix, the high desert of the South-West, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Chicago, Pittsburg,
Louisianna's Atchafalaya swamp and Berkely, Bakersfield, Barstow, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Davis, Oakland, The Russian River
Long Beach and Venice Beach in California.
I took long walking tours of a few cities, hopped some frieght trains, and learned to stay comfy in some of the
wierdest places you could ever imagine...on islands, winter camping, hidden in urban structures...
I could tell you a few stories...hahaha.
I danced in campfires on the West Coast, went to the 'Funeral of the Last Hippie' festival in Haight-Ashbury (1979),
met old radicals in Berkely and hung out with more wild-assed m*ther-f*ckers than I could ever even want to try and remember.
I came here on my own as a 20 year-old, with a duffle bag full of work clothes, rented a room and got a job and I've pretty much been here ever since.
I have learned some good tricks from old-timers in many trades (which help keep me employed)
and I've had some cool jobs over the years...
I worked on buildings all over the state for F.J. Dahill for a few years...
The old New Haven Yellow Cab for a few years as the 'night man' in the garage (11 mos.) a taxi driver (14 months on nights) and even got
to dispatch a little...
I did building maintenance downtown for a couple years and odd jobs all over town for a few more.
I worked at a custom bike shop for a year and a half.
I was even a 'Repo Man' for a couple of weeks once.
I like reading books that I find, catalogs, tech/gearhead magazines and trade publications.
I like doing the dishes and don't usually watch much tv.
I have an active mind and I'm usually busy with a project or two.
