E soppratutto, grazie per avete convidato la vostra musica e cultura con me. E stato un esperienza proprio meraviglioso che non dimenticaro' mai! Alla prossima volta!------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------------ENGLISH : This profile was created for the purpose of conducting research on, and organizing a voyage through Southern Italy this past summer 2008, for an independent documentary which I filmed about the Zampogna, a culturally unique form of bagpipe. The documentary is now in post production. I could give a passionate diatribe about this wonderful music and culture but.... In my free time I'm a third year law student and intern with the Public Defenders.
In regards to the songs in my player: I recorded them on my computer. First one features the Sicilian bagpipe (ciaramedda) which I've been playing since summer 2007. The amount of focus and dedication needed to learn this instrument requires a level of nerdyness that very few posses. ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------
