Kashwayne has always had a love for music and a very strong idea to start and develop a label Kettering to the genres of Hip-hop,R&B,Rock,Dancehall and more, His idea became realty one day while talking to his mentour hip-hop superstar Chuck D who he interns for chuck granted him the opportunity with his help and guidance to start a music empire. The name Kash way was agreed up on because i wanted something with my first name kash my first name it stands for money and power to me way is a break down of wayne because i like to do things my way so the name kashway connects to form Kashway Records I plan on making Kashway records one of the top companies in the music business by bring the people great music and making great business decisions. Starting a label has been my dream and i want people to see what a powerful vision i have. I have studied the histories books learning stories of many great labels before my time paying my does. I have studied companies like Stax, Motown, Atlantic and more. My vision for Kashway Records is not only to make it national but to make it international a trademark imprinting and effecting lives all over the globe.
