Micah and his production partner Mike B are two up and coming producers that are signed to Hot City Music Group/SRC/Universal. This coming year is standing to be one that will change their career forever. Micah began studying classical piano at the age of 4 which has since fueled his determined drive for success in the music business. Hailing from a small town outside of Olympia, WA he has since graduated from Full Sail Real World Education with his Associate of Science in Recording Arts in Orlando, FL.
Shortly after graduation he packed his bags and moved to Los Angeles, CA were he began working in the Smooth Jazz scene working with some of the most respected musicians in the industry. During his schooling in the Jazz realm Micah was greatly blessed to be able to expand his knowledge of mixing albums with Peter Mokran who is best known for mixing albums for such artists as R. Kelly, Aaliyah, Janet Jackson, Toni Braxton, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, *NSYNC, Pussycat Dolls, Diddy, and Keyshia Cole to name a few. Needless to say his invaluable experience has since played a key role in his ability to bring as much as possible to the table when creating music.
Currently, Micah and Mike B. have developed relationships with the clothing and accessory company "Red Monkey" Los Angeles, CA, and "Vlado Footwear" in conjunction with their marketing efforts to develop a unique style not only with their music but with their look as well. At this point the rest is still yet to be written, however the projects that are coming their way right now are ones that will be heard with a vengeance in this upcoming year, blending their unique styling of hip-hop beats,live instrumentation, and plenty jazz licks the music that will be coming from these two cats will be something that you wont want to miss, so stay tuned as he will be releasing all the tunes that he is working on as they are cleared for release.
