About Me
I am a true romantic at heart and a dreamer, but at the same time I'm a realist ... a good combination of both. God is very important to me! It is my faith and prayer that has pulled me through a lot of difficult times. As I get older, I realize that I can't manage my life on my own and that I need the support of God ...with him I am everything, without him I am nothing. Also, my family is very dear to me. I have 3 wonderful brothers (the oldest is married with children) and a sister who is also married with kids. My siblings and I are all very different, but than again we are very much alike. --We make each other laugh and give each other support, which is important. I am thankful and blessed to have them in my life and be able to call them both family and friend. I am very outgoing, adventurous and have a witty personality and a caring heart. For fun, I like to ski, going to the theater, listening to opera, classical music, jazz, theater, art, dancing, but at the same time I don't mind hanging out, watching a movie or curling up with a good book. I enjoy a quaint atmosphere of bookstores and coffee shops. My passions are: international affairs, traveling, getting familiar with different cultures, languages, and learning about people. When the opportunity presents itself I enjoy sailing, hiking, participating in wine tasting events, yoga, biking and skiing. I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle by working out and taking a good care of my soul and body. I believe that a well-balanced mind, body and soul are the essence of a functional and highly effective human being.
