The LuvSeals journey began in 2006 as a home-based business Brooklyn, NY founded by registered nurse Tee 'Luv' Sealey. Tee had begun creating soaps as a hobby, sharing her work as gifts with patients and co-workers at her hospital. Eventually the demand for her soaps grew and the rest is history! LuvSeals has now grown into a thriving shop and online business run by Tee and supported by her two sons, Malik (product management) and Jamal (web design/marketing), along with numerous family and friends.
Our company first began as "LuvSeals Soaps" and further evolved in 2007 as "LuvSeals Bath & Body Basics". We are a black-woman-owned family business that takes great pride in our Brooklyn roots and West Indian-American culture.
