The IANSTEAL Learning Center is a place of musical intent. A place where conscious musical pursuit reaches out to touch the occasional and sometimes sonorous achievement. If so, it is done without the eyes of technical music acumen but with an ear of enthusiatic quest.
There is no "sampling" of other people's music or loops here and no MIDI implimentation. Some of these are new and some are very old. Occasionally Desiree' and or Mindy may be doing vocals. I change these recordings up frequently. I hope you find something fun, weird, or interesting about them. ..Primitive but me* PS. No one learns anything at the Learning Center :)

Mindy DuPonte , the remaining sister of the original HELLEN metal duo, is putting her unique abilities and driving nature into the restructuring of HELLEN. Throughout the existence of the band, Mindy has been the driving force behind the creation of lead vocals, melody lines, lyrics, and musical arrangements. Following the recent parting of the ways with her last guitarist, she is currently auditioning new musicians looking for like-minded thinkers who understand the need to compete in a market place with a finite set of opportunities. Mindy's unique abilities and qualities have already demonstrated a proven history of creativity and accomplishment far beyond her years.

(BELOW) Desiree DuPonte. Original HELLEN guitarist 2004-2007. Desiree' co- wrote (along with Mindy DuPonte) original HELLEN classics such as "Pony", Slaughterhouse", "Digestion", "The Downfall", "Falling Asleep","Burn", "Lick the Gravestone", "Nothing Becomes of her", "The Witch", "Pow"... and more! Desiree' was a fabulous vocalist and had an uniquely intuitive approach to the guitar. Desi was never at a loss for ideas. Desiree' was a shining star . Her legacy lives on with Mindy.
Desi did more in 18 years than many will ever do. Desiree was an authentic "VIS MAJOR" !
