I have been thinking a lot lately about what I want from this. When I first started OK Dave! Promotions over a year ago, I really didn''t know what I was getting myself into. The whole idea came from eating breakfast at a local taco place, which is amazing by the way. Anyways I have grown and matured into what I want to accomplish with this company, and its bigger than music. It's about helping people. It's about showing your heart to people.
So from now on I don't want to just promote local bands and shows, no. I want to promote any idea that anybody has that helps people, that shows your heart. Whether you have a clothing company designed to help needy children halfway across the world, or you need help setting up a local food drive for the homeless, let me know about it. Let me know about it so I can help spread the word, so we can change somebody's life for the better. Because in a world where war, money, and greed rule, the best thing a person can do is lend a hand to somebody who needs it.
This is about LOVE.
