Going back even more, she learned to read and write music as a child and can play flute, piano, bass, and drums. In addition, she acquired her lifetime F.C.C. permit whilst still in high school and began doing radio...working as assistant music director at WFMU throughout college and eventually creating "Bassquake" at 103.3, WPRB in Princeton, the U.S.'s first drum&bass program to air on a class one / commercial station.
