Hello, my name is Chanda.
Since our 'Personal Trainer' has appeared on the VH1 reality show, 'Hogan Knows Best', countless people have been approaching him in South Beach.
I noticed that everyone is interested in knowing more about him.
Keeping in mind the questions that most people ask, I decided to put together an interview with our 'Personal Trainer', so everyone who viewed the show will have a better idea of what he's really like.
We named this site 'BRUTUS VS HOGAN'. As Hulk Hogan mentioned in his show, our Trainer reminds him of a young Brutus.
I hope that you enjoy our interview, and I would like to invite you to express your opinion!

MARTIN: "First of all, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Terry for giving me the chance to be on national television, and for allowing me to be myself. It's really a rewarding feeling to know that so many viewers respect me."
Q: "Martin, how do you feel about 'Hogan Knows Best'?"
MARTIN: "Well, ever since the 'Hogan' show, people have been stopping me on the streets of Miami, and different places I would go, asking me "Was that real?"
I never thought I'd wind up doing an interview like this but now, since so many people really want to know, I decided to answer everybody who still wants to know.
Yes, it was real. I can tell you that my part was real, and I believe that everybody in the show was real. What I mean by "real" is that my actions, and reactions were based on my own knowledge and emotions. Nothing was scripted by the producers of the show. Most of the people I met were surprised by my answer. I wonder why. Isn't it called a "reality show"?
The next question I usually get is "Why did you tell him that wrestling is fake?"
Honestly, I used to watch wrestling frequently on TV. I truly loved it! I'd see those guys with big muscles and a hell of a lot of strength. I saw them as tough guys and I really had respect for them, until I realized that it was wrestling mania! The fights have such impact and can really draw a crowd! Once I found out, I was surprised and disappointed.
After that, I never talked about wrestling anymore until I was invited to the house of the KING of wrestling, Hulk Hogan, himself!...or realistically, Terry, to me!
I was hired to train his lovely wife, Linda.
I consider our training together seriously, and because I'm driven to help her achieve her goals, I'll tell you the whole story from my point of view, in the form of this interview."
Q: "What were your expectations going to the Hogan house?"
MARTIN: "I'd say, I was excited to personally meet and train Hulk Hogan's wife, Linda!
At the same time, I was committed to do my best as a professional trainer to help my new client reach her fitness goals. I did not see her as part of a TV show. I really saw her as a new client who's seeking help. From the point of my arrival, I overlooked anything or anybody that could distract my focus from helping Linda the best possible way I could. That includes being on camera as well as sensing the jealousy that Hulk seemed to feel toward me."
Q: "What was your first impression of your new client, Linda?"
MARTIN: "I have to say, since the moment I walked into the house, I felt Linda and I were developing an excellent rapport as a professional "client - trainer" relationship. I was eager to work with her because of her sincere commitment to herself. I believe she has what it takes to get where she wants to be because of her attitude and willpower. All she needs to succeed is the right plan, and that's my job. I also see her as a great wife and mother to the Hogan family and I respect that."
Q: "What was your plan to get Linda into shape?"
MARTIN: "My belief, as a trainer is that, to have a healthy body, you need to have a healthy mind. A healthy mind and body will give you a healthy spirit. So that was my plan. To work with Linda's healthy mind, body, and spirit. I see myself more than just a trainer. I consider myself a nagual of sort. I do my best to help each and every client that comes to me in all areas. To strengthen and condition the body to fitness, and attune their consciousness to find peace, happiness and harmony within themselves."
Q: "What was your first impression of the 'Hulk'?"
MARTIN: "Well, when Terry walked into the house, all the energy changed. I felt uncomfortable. My intuition told me that this guy wasn't ready to accept my presence. I did my best to concentrate on my mission but he just kept interrogating me. It seemed to me, that no matter what I'd say or do, he was predisposed by his convictions.
I felt bad because I saw how much Linda wanted to get into shape, and it could have truly been a good thing."
Q: "Martin, do you always make your clients do jumping jacks or only women with large breasts?"
MARTIN: "My physical training is comprised of 3 main elements: Cardio conditioning, weight resistance or strength training, and proper nutrition. Jumping Jacks in between exercises are one of the best forms of active rest because both arms and legs are active. This way, the client's heart rate is maintained at a necessary level which enables effective results. The size of any woman's breasts is irrelevant."
Q: "Are you from Transylvania?"
MARTIN: ...laughter..."Well, I do like watching vampire movies! ...OK, I'm from Slovakia. I love my hometown and I love the United States!"
Q: "As a Personal Trainer' Martin, how did you see Linda's performance?"
MARTIN: "Linda was great! I really liked her as a client. Her enthusiasm and drive were outstanding. I was ready to take her to one of Miami's best fitness centers so that she could get into her bathing suite as soon as possible!"
Q: "Is it true that you don't watch TV, and what exactly did you mean by not being domesticated?"
MARTIN: "I stopped watching TV for a couple of reasons. There's so much violence, hate, and injustice when we need more love and understanding in this world, and there's so much more to life than sitting at home flipping through the channels. I choose to follow what's right, and what keeps me active. I'd rather be outdoors with nature and people than to be bottled up in the house. I have studied Toltec philosophies that teach about life, love, and harmony with myself and the world around me."
Q: "How did you feel, leaving the Hogan's house?"
MARTIN: "I felt misunderstood but more than anything, I felt disappointed that I will probably not be able to train Linda. That was the worst feeling I've felt as a Personal Trainer."
Q: "Did you have any regrets after you left?"
MARTIN: "As I just said, our plan to get Linda into her bathing suite failed. I would like to have had the chance to be her Trainer! If I could talk to her right now, I would want her to know that I believe in her determination. I also want to thank her for her hospitality, and sincerity. To Terry, I would say, we are men, and I believe we both can find a way to get along. I hope to see you in the GYM!"
